A new and better FXKudi
We sent out survey questions to all our registered users on 27th May 2020. That survey was intentional, we created it to get your opinion on how we are doing and what you think we need to improve on. Based on the data we gathered from that survey, we took a decision to work harder to serve you better.
This new update is specifically for our app and it was part of our plans to continuously provide satisfying service and improved user experience to you on our platforms.

- A NEW INTERFACE
The idea of a new interface was to create a better user experience for you. With one click, you will be able to access all key features of FXKudi app.
The new interface comes with better navigation, easy accessibility, light and dark mode to switch during the day and night, and faster load time.
- SET FXKUDI CARD PIN
Users can now set a pin for their FXKudi card. Initially, users are not allowed to set pin but for this new update, we thought it is best to also take you along in the process of securing your card.
- BLOCK FXKUDI CARD
Your card might have been compromised maybe due to exposing your card details to a third party. While you are able to create card(s) and set a pin for (each of) your card(s), you can also block your card. The card is yours, the freedom to control it is now yours too.
- KUDI COIN (KC) & KUDI COIN WALLET
This is our newly improved loyalty program.
Kudi Coin is the reward you get transacting with FXKudi. The more you transact, the more rewards you get.
Every user automatically have a Kudi Wallet where their Kudi Coin is stored, and your Coin can be redeemed for cash when it reaches 1000.
- INBUILT SUPPORT
Reaching out to us does not have to be stressful. We want to ensure that your complaints and technical issues are resolved timely. This new update has made it easy for you to reach our support team faster. With just one click, your complaints will be attended to.
- USER VERIFICATION
User verification would be for users who want to send money outside Africa. This includes providing a government issued ID and some other basic information to complete verification. Verification will be processed within 24 hours
